Job Description
Selected candidates will be appointed as Agency Managers. They will participate in an extensive training program that imparts crucial knowledge, technical expertise, and the professional attitude necessary to succeed within the company. This program is designed to prepare candidates for larger roles and opportunities within Aviva. The role involves leading a team of advisors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Eligibility
Education: Graduation is required.
Experience: Experience in the industry is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
